What I Eat In A Day | New Video

Vegan Meals This week, I thought I would do something different on my channel and talk about food. I have become obsessed with watching What I Eat In A Day Videos and have wanted to do my own for the longest time. Trust me finding the time to film what you eat all day is hard!

In the video, I go through what I eat for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with a couple of snacks thrown in. I also have my first ever Ombar Bar which I enjoyed with a cup of english tea.

The video did not go as I imagined it would. I was hoping to be able to share with you more about my lunch but work got busy and I ended up eating lunch on the road – which is fine but just not conclusive to good quality content.

Something I didn’t address enough in the video is that I tend to eat 90% plant based because it just sits well in my stomach. No other particular reason. I just enjoy it, it is easy to cook plant based meals and I can eat more without feeling ill. I also should probably say for full disclosure I have previously faced issues with my body and eating habits.     Since its warmer here in Virginia (US) I tend to eat light breakfast, lunch, and dinner due to heat and humidity (I don’t want to be in the hot kitchen all summer) so I go for fruit, yogurt, breakfast shake, salads, and roasted veggies/meat that I can quickly heat up warm to eat! Lots of ice water!
