The visit was in aid of their latest release. The Oils of Life Sleeping Cream has just been released and the ladies at thee store did a live demonstration and talked us through the cream. It is a nourishing hydrating cream but is mean to feel light on the skin which is what I look for in a cream. I tried it on my hands and have to say, this will be making it’s way in to my skincare routine soon.
While I was there I took a look around and found a lot of products I did not know about so wanted to share with it you. Those of you who have asian skin and suffer from dark circles or bad pigmentation (which asian skin is known for) The Drops of light brightening range is something to consider. I the skin of some of the girls who took part in a challenge and it looked great. I had a go at the testers in the store and the ingredients are spot on so are worth looking in too. I was really impressed and actually came home and told my sister about this range as pigmentation and uneven skin tone is something she has mentioned to me before.
The other thing I noticed was the fragrance section. It had been a while since I stalked The Body Shop and they recently expanded their fragrance range to include candles and scents. The new scents include Jasmine Cherry, Arber, Pomegranate and Raspberry scents. I wish I had a little bit longer to take time to smell them all and relax but it is definitely on the agenda. A lot of them are Eu De Parfum which for the price point is something to note.
The Body Shop are really upping their game and I am going to be going back once payday arrives so let me know if you would like to see a haul.
Have you tried anything from The Body Shop? Is there anything you think I should try?
