Hey beauties, I hope you are well. As it is the beginning of a new month, I thought I would share with you some the things I have my eye on from the beauty world at the moment. Not all of it are new launches but things I have recently swatched and have my eye on.
Clinique Cheek pop blushes | Buy here
I have seen this beautiful pot of colour take the blogging world by storm. The shades are perfect for spring as they are bright but natural when on your cheeks. The flower imprint just makes you smile too right? and who doesn’t want to smile?
MAC Lipstick Heroine | Buy Here
I have a feeling this was in last months wish list (If it was I am sorry) but I tried this shade at a MAC counter and I have fallen head over heels in love with it. I didn’t think it was a shade that would suit me and originally just looked past it when it first launched. It is now firmly on my MAC lipstick collection wish list (Yes I do have one of those :P)
Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in ‘Natural Beauty’ | Buy here
Thanks to QVC UK the brand Tarte is slowly making it’s way to the UK and I could not be more excited. There is so much I have wanted to try from the brand. Although the selection is small at the moment one of the things I have my eyes on is their clay blush in the shade Natural Beauty. It is currently sold out on the website (just our luck) but keep your eyes peeled as I have a feeling they will be restocking it asap. If you want to know what else is worth trying from the brand I also have my eye on their Mascara and Maracuja Oil.
Kevyn Aucuin celestial powder in Candlelight | Buy here
I mean who wouldn’t want this? The packaging is on point (as expected) and the product inside it is great for a bit of glow on your face. If you like finishing powders, this may be one to try.
Illamasqua lipstick in ‘Howl’ | Buy here
One of my close friends is a make up artist and whenever I am around her kit the beauty blogger inside of me gets excited. I cannot help but want to have a nosy around seeing the essentials she has. (If you are reading this I am sorry! I know it is probably annoying) One thing that caught my eye which I had never seen before was the Illamasqua lipstick in Howl. Now I don’t actually own a Illamasqua lipstick but considering how great the brand is it is reasonably priced (similar to MAC) so I may have to treat myself to this as soon as I have some extra money.
Illamasqua hydra veil primer | Buy here
For the first time ever I had my make up done by someone other than myself who knows exactly what they are doing and something that was used on me was this wonderful primer. I like hydrating primers as opposed to silicone based primers such as the Benefit Porefessional just because they work better for me and my skin. Because Illamasqua products are so high quality and look very expensive I am shocked at how reasonable their products are. I mean, I know they are not budget prices, but for what you get it is a brand I would not mind investing in.
What is on your wish list this month?
Lots of love
