So this week has gone pretty fast. There was a lot going on. First of all i got my little blogging butt in to gear. Making sure I had everything sorted out and even started the process for next weeks blogpost. I need to learn to be more pro active in planning my posts well in advance.

I also met up with a good friend for some cake and tea after work. it was nice to unwind and catch up. I had not seen her properly since my birthday (bad, I know!) It was great couple of hours talking all things life.

My best friend is back in my home town and I got to spend some time with her which always always makes me smile. We get to talk about everything. There are somethings that a phone or skype cannot replace and laughing and just spending time together is definitely one of those things.

There was also a lot of family time. I spent some time with my cousins and aunts and uncles which always makes me smile. I tend to learn a lot from them and can feel them guiding me (which when you are in your twenties is a lot more that you would think)

I always speak about taking charge of your own life and more recently, I decided to put this in to action. Doing what I want to do and what makes me happy. Focusing on myself rather than on others. It sounds really selfish and maybe it is but in terms of where I want my life to go, it is something I need to do.

That is pretty much my week in a nutshell. There was a nice shift in the air this week which was refreshing.

How was your week? what do you have planned?

Lots of love
