IMG_4192 NYX Eyeshadow review It had been a while since I browsed the NYX Counter so I thought I would see what they had in store when I came across the NYX Full Throttle Eyeshadow Palette in Daring Damsel.

Daring Damsel is an eyeshadow quad with four stunning shades to help take a look from day to night. It has two matte shades and two shimmery shades in the palette.

The palette has a beige matte shade which can be used as a highlight shade either under the brow or in the inner corner. I have to admit I really do not use this shade much but it a great shade. There is also a beautiful matte brown shade which is deep but not too deep making it  perfect as a base shade or on the outer corners to add some depth in to the eye look.

To finish the look I have in this picture I went in with the gold shimmer shade to add some dimension to the look.

Some NYX Shadows can be a hit or miss but I wash honestly very impressed with the quality of these palettes. They are easy to work with and blend well on the lids. I have applied this using a brush as well as my fingers and I have to say I adored both ways of applying it.

The palette is £9:00 which for four shades make it slightly on then higher end for a drugstore palette, however compared to other palettes for NYX, I do feel this is worth the money. There are many shade variations to choose from so if you prefer something more cool toned you can opted for that, they also have a lovely warmer toned palette which is great.

Have you tried any of the NYX Full Throttle Eyeshadow range? if you have let me know what you think and if there is another drugstore palette, you think I should try next.
