Podcasts to listen too. If you follow me on Twitter, you will no about have realised I have been getting in to Podcasts lately. There is something soothing about having a podcast in your ears on your way to work or while you are cooking in the kitchen. Out of the many I now have on my list here are Five empowering podcasts you need to listen too.

Happiness with Gretchen Rubin
Gretchen Rubin is the Author of Big Magic which I fell in love with. Following that I did some research in to her work and discovered her podcast Happiness with Gretchen Rubin. In this podcast she talks about how doing little things can lead to a happier version of you.

The way she explains everything makes it so easy to implement. I am a firm believer in that happiness is a state of mind and she helps you achieve this state of happiness .

Ladies who Lunch
There seems to be transition from video content creators entering the world of podcasts and two ladies who are doing this well are Ingrid Nilsen and Cat Valdes. They have frank and very open discussions about what it is to be a women discussing issues many of us want to talk about but rarely do. If you like discussions based on friendships, relationships, exploitation and slut shaming, this is the podcast for you. Want a testament to how good this is? within hours of releasing their first podcast, it made the iTunes top 10 podcast list.

Ctrl Alt Delete
This is a new podcast created by Digital girl Emma Gammon. She interviews people she find inspiring including the incredible Gretchen Ruben. The interview is all about advice, tips and frank discussions (can you see a theme in my podcast choices) which really make you pumped an ready to be the best version of yourself.

The reason I love this one in particular is how Emma shows you it is ok to not be perfect. It is better to be imperfectly perfect anyway which is one my personal favourite quotes.

The Becoming
Based on her own life experiences super blogger Laura recently started her own podcast where she discusses lifes adventures. What I find refreshing about this is that Laura is very honest about her own pitfalls and times in her life when she has not felt her best. She is not about getting personal which I admire. (It takes a lot for a person to share their entire truth and weak points online)

Filler Podcast
Taking place in a small cafe in London Filler Podcast is one for creatives. Both interview people in creative fields about the industry, how they managed to reach the level of success they have, their future plans. As a creative person I found this very interesting and inspiring. After listening to a few you realise hard work dedication and a slight hint of good timing can be a cocktail for recipe for a stepping stone in to creative success but it goes much deeper than that.

The interviews range from writers, bloggers, youtube content creators and artists.
