I feel like I can be a little bit of a make up snob sometimes – actually I know I am. I am very particular about the products I purchase. One thing I am not a snob on is the price – if something is only £1 I will only purchase it if the quality is good but if it is a £1 and the quality is good I will shout about it until the roof fall downs, which is why I wanted to share with you my current favourite beauty buys under £10.
Make-Up Revolution Radiance Palette
Not only is this a good £8 bargain, but in general this is a perfect trio of higlighters. You can see my first impressions of this beauty is here. Each pan is highly pigmented, buttery soft on the skin and just gives a nice sheen to the cheeks.
Tanya Burr Illuminating Powder
The Tanya Burr Illuminating Powder will forever be in a drugstore/ budget friendly post I do. I love a good bold but daytime appropriate highlight. It also photographs incredibly too which is an added bonus. This is one for special occasions but I also find I love this so much I wear it on a regular basis for work.
The Ordinary Foundation
This is the foundation that just makes me look brighter, healthier and all around one of the best foundations I have had the fortune of trying. It is yellow toned which is incredibly hard to find on the drugstore. I did a video solely dedicated to this £5.90 bottle and compared it to the NARS Sheer Glow foundation which is my benchmark for all foundations.
Maybelline Under Eye eraser in the Brightener
When it comes to concealer, I need something under my eyes that will not crease and brighten them up without looking ashy. That is exactly what I get with the Maybelline under eye eraser. It is long lasting and also hydrates the under eyes. I have dehydrated lines under my eyes and this does not crease.
NYX Eyeshadow Quad in Daring Damsel
I often find NYX Eyeshadows to be a big hit or miss and this quad is definitely a hit. In fact, it is my favourite eyeshadow from NYX. The shades in Daring Damsel are a perfect combination for Autumn and Winter. The bottom gold shade is my favourite. They have a few variations on the quads so I may pick another one. (I have a problem – oops)
And there you have it, my current beauty buys under £10. Let me know if you pick any of these up in the comments!
