Many of us are now busier than ever thanks to working more than job, socialising with friends and families and making time to relax. There is a lot to do and often we can find there are not enough time in the world. After a lot of trial and error I managed to find three productivity apps that I could not live without.
I like to schedule tweets and other social media posts on my laptop but sometimes life can get in a while and I have to do things on the go. The buffer app is easy to use on the go even on the morning commute to work. It means you can have a couple of minutes extra in bed.
You may think the sleep app has nothing to do with productivity. Hear me out, in order for me to productive I need at least 6 hours of sleep – which thanks to ramadan has been hard to come by this month. Sleep Cycle ensures I get not only the right amount of sleep but the right quality of sleep. The app made me realised caffeine before bed is a no no and it made me realise I need sometime to unwind an hour before I settle in to bed to maximise my quality of sleep so I try to do this as often as I can.
I downloaded Quip on my laptop to help me create documents and spreadsheets and fell in love with it. It is similar to Google Documents but in my opinion easier to use. You can also download it on your phone and it syncs together so you can work on a document on a go. I use this when I want to write blogposts on the go.
There are more apps I use such as Trello which is a great place to make to do lists to help me stay productive.
Do you use any apps to help make your day easier? let me know.
