Three Drugstore Highlighters | Review

Mua highlighters Budget Highlighters You may have noticed I recently revived my love for highlighters. The ones I usually feature on the blog are high end which is why I wanted to share with you three drugstore highlighters you need to add to your collection.

The one true love, the original MVP has to go to the Mary Lou Manizer. I have to admit, this has taken a back seat in my collection recently but it will always have a special place in my heart. It applies seamlessly on the cheeks, blends perfectly and it is the perfect shade. It is not too golden but not too cool either, it is the perfect balance if you have a lighter olive skin tone like me.

My next favourite will not come as a shock at all and it is the Tanya Burr Cosmetics Illuminating powder in champagne sorbet. I have spoken about this at length in this blog post but rest assured it is everything you would expect from the sun kissed queen Tanya Burr and more.

The wild card and one I didn’t expect to fall in love with was the MUA Luxe Glow Beam Highlighter. I am not a huge fan of loose powder in any way shape or form but there is something about how this looks on the cheeks that has me hook line and sinker. You know when you apply a product on the skin and say oooo! with excitement, this is exactly what you can expect when you apply this. It is easy to go a little bit overboard with this one as it is a powder but it does blend easily into the skin. I wear all three of these during the day as they give you a nice glow without being too shiny or glittery.

While all three are noticeable, I wear all three of these during the day as they give you a nice glow without being too shiny or glittery.

The high street is killing the higlighter game at the moment, even if you are not on a budget, you are in good hands with these three drugstore highlighters.
