This week has been a roller coaster ride. A lot has happened providing me with moments of extreme highs and some lows.Work is going well. We are holding a charity day on Monday and I am hoping it will go well. I’ve spent a lot of my days sorting the minor details out ensuring everything was in place.Outside the world of work I have been busy trying to find things for my best friend. She is about to have her baby anytime soon and I am ridiculously excited. I have a small surprise for her which I know she will love.I also got to visit one of the restaurants I have been wanting to visit. On Friday, I went to Jamie’s Italian. I have more details on the evening on the way but I have been wanting to try the Manchester chain since August. Let me tell you, the place is worth the wait. I had the most incredible time.

The weekend started with some family time. I feel like I am constantly on so it was nice to relax and leave my laptop upstairs watching a film.

Next week, I want to plan some more time with my friends. I have not seen them in what feels like together so I am hoping I can change this soon.

I also wanted to add a small bit at the end to anyone around the world who is suffering and no longer feel safe in their home or their city and town please know you are always in my thoughts. Hang in there, have hope. Darkness and Light are not mutually exclusive, they go hand in hand. Your light is coming.
