Vegan Body Scrub The base body company Vegan Body Scrub When it comes to body care, I am pretty lax, which means when I find something that makes me stand up and notice, it is worth sharing. That is exactly what happened when I came across The Base Body Company Blood Orange Himalayan Salt Body Scrub.

The Base Body Company Blood Orange Himalayan Salt Scrub is a gentle exfoliating scrub. The Pink Himalayan Salt is a natural antiseptic, combined with the orange works on the skin to get the grim and grit from the pollution from the day.

I started using this after my skin was going through a bad patch and needed saving fast. I bought this at Stylist Live to see if it would be body cure I was looking for.

The moment I tried this scrub, I knew it is the type of scrub which makes you sing hallelujah. It was exfoliating and hydrating all in one. I could literally feel it take the day off my skin, leaving it feeling fresh and rejuvenated.

After using a few times, I noticed a difference in the condition of my skin. Combined with the Superdrug’s Vitamin E Intensive body Cream, it’s left my skin feels smooth.  A little goes a long way and while I have been liberal when using it, this little jar will last a long time.

The citrus orange scent of the scrub is really fresh and leaves you in a good mood which you want from the products you use in the shower. The redness from the scrub mixes in with the water and as it is a little grainy can leave a little residue in the shower but let me tell you now it is 100% worth it.

Each pot is £15,99, which is not a bad price for a good ethically sourced, cruelty-free scrub. You can also reuse the jar as a pen holder or a toothbrush holder after you finish using the scrub. At the moment you can only get it on their website but I hope we see the line on the shelves soon.

Have you tried The Base Body Company, Blood Orange Body Himalayan Salt Scrub?
