Alchemy Hair Oil

Summer Hair with Alchemy Hair Oil | Review

Summer Hair Alchemy Hair Oil I promise, underneath this headscarf is a mass of hair which on most occasions I hardly know what to do with. During the London heatwave, the summer hair has come out to play. To help tackle the frizziness, I have started using the Alchemy Grapefruit Remedy Hair Oil.

First of all, the Alchemy Grapefruit Remedy Hair Oil* smells incredible. It smells fruity and fresh – perfect for the long days.

The Alchemy Hair* oil combines a mix of four of my favourite hair oils. Coconut Oil, Avocado Oil. Castor Oil and Almond Oil which is then infused with the grapefruit to give it that amazing scent. Each of these oils brings something unique to the oil which helps repair the hair giving it some oopmh and life.

I have not used it enough to say it is my favourite hair oil but I am thoroughly enjoying using it. I apply it on damp hair after my shower and I find this works well to keep the frizziness at bay.

The premise of Alchemy hair oil is the mix of Indian Practices with western products we know and love making it perfect if you have big thick hair as this is one hair oil which will penetrate through it and makes a difference.

Castor Oil is something found in Indian Haircare as it helps promotes hair growth, while the Avocado Oil actually provides a humectant to the hair adding some SPF on a part of the body where we more often than neglect it.

Alchemy Grapefruit Remedy Hair Oil* is £24.99. I will admit, does seem pricey but it is quite hair to find a good hair oil. It also lasts a very long time and you only use a small amount at a time making it a worthwhile addition to your haircare routine.

If you have thick Indian hair, this is one oil I can say is worth trying.

I love a good hair oil…I am currently using Carol’s Daughter Black Vanilla Hair Oil which is great for my dry hair/scalp after my relaxer touch up!
