IMG_9438 IMG_9439 IMG_9445 IMG_9454 As we enter the new year, I know a lot of you will be looking for ways to be a bit more on the healthier side. As such you may be drawn to the world of crash diets and weightloss teas which to me doesn’t sound fun in the slightest. Instead, I wanted to reintroduce you to Sourcedbox – a monthly subscription helping giving you permission to snack your way to a healthier you.

Sourced Box is a snack company which sends you a bunch of delicious snacks made with wholesome ingredients. Many of the snacks are vegan friendly and dairy free. I used SourcedBox for a year as I found it a very useful way to discover new brands of snacks as there was something new every month. In particular the chocolate snacks – some of my favourite brands to discover thanks to them include The Raw Chocolate Company, Raw Halo and Rhythm to name just a few.

When it comes to a healthy lifestyle, something I have learnt a lot about is the value of snacking on wholesome snacks as they are full of nutrients and will give you the energy you need to go about your day. The majority of the snacks provided to you in Sourcedbox are full of fibre, and refine sugar free without compromising on taste.

When I was started my health journey, I turned to Sourced box as a way to discover new twists on some of the old favourites I grew up and while I will not say I loved everything snack I received I would devour 90% of each box and go on to purchase at least 3 of the snacks from each box. Even now I stalk their Instagram page to see if there are new brands I need to get ahold of.

If you are lactose intolerant or plant based and stuck in a snack rut, I would highly recommend subscribing to Sourcedbox. Each box costs £21,39 which I won’t lie, does sound like a lot but you do get roughly 10 snacks including a drink. I know for a fact if I purchased the contents of one of the boxes from any health food store individually, I would looking at eating £35-£40. To me it is worth every penny.

At the time of writing they also have a special 50% offer with the code Jan50- Something they do not do often. For £10,  if you were thinking of giving it a go, now would be the time to do so. Not that I would expect you would want too, but you can cancel your subscription anytime you want. (The offer is only on while stocks lasts so if you miss out follow their social channels to grab the next one!)  Livia's Kitchen

I reviewed some of the boxes if you want a sneak peak, they also started sharing the previous months boxes on their website, so you can find out what was inside them.
