After a lovely time away from reality it is time to delve back into the new year. For me, the best way to do this is to sit down and think about what I want to get out of this month which is why I am introducing, The January To Do list.
Eat More Intuitively
I am not here for any diets or detox teas, in January ot It is no secret I have struggled with eating issues in the past and while the majority has been put behind me. 2018 was a real breakthrough for me especially when it comes to intuitively eating which is why I am bringing this train of thought and eating into January.
Set Project Deadlines
We all have ideas and projects we want to do – setting deadlines to make sure they happen and sticking to them is key to getting them off to the ground so I want to make sure I have that in place.
Celebrate My Birthday
January is my birthday month so I am hoping to spend at least an evening celebrating with friends in London.
Do a kick boxing class
I have been meaning to get back into kick boxing and there is place in London which is relatively inexpensive. It is about time this girl gets her muscles back.
Read One Non-Fiction and One Fiction
I have already started this one as I am half way through Crazy Rich Asians and I am picking up Just Eat It My Laura Thomas tomorrow. What is on your reading list this month?
Purchase Black Boots
I had to get rid of black boots just before the christmas holidays and while I am trying my hardest to not have to replace them, I know at something point during the month, they will need to be replaced. Black boots are a winter wardrobe stable.
See Mary Poppins
I was suppose to go see this back when it first came out but didn’t get to make the cinema so I am planning to go this week before it stops showing at my nearest Cineworld.
Schedule Social Media Time
I love social media but it can sometimes be a bit too consuming. Allocating times through the day when I check my social channels means I can aimlessly scroll and engage with friends and family without worrying it is consuming me. It will also serve as a reminder to be more present.
