Five Podcasts you need to listen to now

Podcasts to listen too Podcasts recommendations My love for podcasts albeit a relatively new love is one that runs deep. The freedom of conversation that takes place on this platform is refreshing and the discussions that take place following the podcasts is refreshing to see. You all enjoyed me sharing with you my recommendations a couple of months ago, so I thought I would update you all and share with you Five Podcasts you need to listen to now.

The Jess lively Show
I do not even know where to begin when mentioning Jess Lively and her content. She is a refreshing breath of air as she discusses everything from careers to depression and intuitive eating. What really draws me in to Jess is how frank and honest her and her guests are. She does not hold back when sharing her stories and the insight and value it adds to people and their paths cannot be measured.

Bookish Blether
You all know I love books and I am always looking for the next read. My friend Holly started a podcast with her friend Nicola. Together they talk about the books they have read and any they are looking forward too. They discuss the good, the bad and the ugly of each book. What I enjoy about this podcast is the variety of books that are up for debate and discussion. If you like reading, there will be a book they talk about for you. I tend to listen to podcasts when I am out and walking around and I always find myself wishing I had a pen to write down the name of the book that caught my eye.

Passion Pods
If you are from a creative background or if you are a someone who wants to start their own business but do not know if the risks are worth taking, this will give you the motivation you need to make it happen. One of my favourites is the interview she did with the Editor of blogopshhere magazine Alice Audley. She is a power house and I always appreciate her words of wisdom.

The Em an Khi Show
In terms of people who I have spoken to and followed on social media, Mikhila is someone who never fails to make me laugh and keep it real. It could be because we both northern but regardless, she is a breathe of fresh air.

In her podcasts with fellow blogger Emma she talks about general life struggles which are real but often not talked about enough. For example she recently discussed multi generational living which as someone who lives in a culture where this is usually the norm was interesting to see.

Do you listen to podcasts? Are there any others I have yet to mention and need to listen too? let me know.

I listen to a lot of different podcasts! They’re mostly comedy podcasts, but some serious ones. My very favourite one is called Probably Science.

My husband listens to a lot of podcasts, from aviation podcasts to Disney podcasts (shh I didn’t tell you!), to The Bugle which is a comedy podcast. I must try listening to some myself, useful when you are out walking.
