Believe it or not, up until a couple of weeks ago, I had never stepped foot in a Bills Restaurant before. The closest one to me previously was in Manchester so I was excited to be living in Leeds where Bills is only a short bus ride away. As soon as I found that out I knew I had to have Brunch With Bills
When I arrived, I was greeted by lovely staff members who asked me if I needed any assistant. My friend and I has booked our table so she took me to the table and asked me if I wanted something to drink while I was looking through the menu. I am lactose in tolerant so I requested a breakfast tea with Almond milk. I will say they did not have Almond Milk, however I was happy see they offered Soya Milk so if you are vegan and love a good tea, you can still get your tea fix.
The menu was massive, there is plenty to choose from, meat options to vegetarian options. There are also a few vegan options. I found the staff to be very co-operative so if there something on the menu you want tweaking, if they can do this they will, which is what they did for me.
I ended up being basic and sticking to Toast with Smoked Salmon and Poached Eggs. All of these things together were bites of deliciousness in my mouth. The eggs were cooked to perfection, and the yolk oozed perfectly on to the toast (the way I like it)
While it was filling, I do think I will try the vegetarian full English the next time I Brunch With Bills.
Brunch With Bills was lovely, it did get busy very fast so if you are looking to pay a visit I would recommend booking a table but the service was lovely and the location is cosy and cute which added to the experience.
You can find the menu here if you are planning to Brunch With Bills soon and they are added to their spring menu which sounds delicious too.
